Web developer for the UAE businesses
Websites, online stores and technical SEO across United Arab Emirates — quoted in AED, scoped in writing, built remotely from Islamabad. Every city with a page is listed below.
The terms for a Emirati client
These are set at country level and apply to every city on this page.

| Transfer mechanism | a DPA that names the processing location, which the DIFC regime in particular expects to see |

What is different about building for United Arab Emirates
Arabic and English side by side is the norm rather than the exception here, and retrofitting right-to-left layout after a build is far more expensive than planning for it on day one. I scope UAE sites bilingual from the start or not at all.
All cities and towns by region
12 places across United Arab Emirates. Each page carries the same AED pricing and the same terms as above — tap any town for its own page. Coverage is remote, so a town missing from this list is still a town I can work with.

United Arab Emirates coverage — common questions
- Which United Arab Emirates cities do you cover?
- All 12 listed on this page, across 1 region. Coverage is remote rather than territorial — there is no travel radius, because there is no travel. If your town is not listed the answer is still yes; the list is for navigation, not a limit.
- What currency will a Emirati client be invoiced in?
- AED. Quotes, milestones and final invoices are all written in AED so you are never comparing a converted number against a local supplier's quote. On tax: VAT at 5%; my invoices are imported services under the reverse charge.
- How do you handle Emirati customer data?
- Your customers' data sits under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, plus DIFC or ADGM rules if you are in a free zone. Sending it to a developer in Pakistan is a restricted transfer, and it is resolved by a DPA that names the processing location, which the DIFC regime in particular expects to see — published and pre-signed on this site before you enquire.
- What payment methods can a United Arab Emirates checkout accept?
- Stripe, Network International, Telr, and Tabby for instalments. Which combination is right depends on your basket size and your customers, and it is decided during scoping rather than defaulted to whatever the platform ships with.
- What are your working hours from United Arab Emirates?
- My day lands at 08:00–17:00 in your time, which is roughly 8 hours inside a normal working day. Enough for a reliable daily window rather than an overnight round trip on every question.
Where this page sits
Every country covered is listed at all locations. Pricing is published, the work page lists live client sites you can open, and how I work covers the process end to end.
