Website terms of use

This is a business website. It publishes information about web development and technical SEO services, a set of free guides, and a form for making an enquiry. It sells nothing directly, sets no cookies, and requires no account.

These terms are written to be read rather than to be survived. Where a clause exists only because it is conventional, it says so.

1. Who these terms are between

This website is operated by Anas Bin Masud, a sole trader based in Islamabad, Pakistan. References to "I", "me" and "my" mean that person. References to "you" mean the person using the site.

2. Accepting these terms

Using the site means accepting these terms as they stand on the day you use it. If you do not accept them, the appropriate response is not to use the site — there is no account to close and no data of yours held simply because you visited.

3. What you may do with this site

• Read anything published here, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise
• Quote from the guides with attribution and a link to the source page
• Share links to any page, anywhere, without asking
• Use the code examples in the guides in your own projects, without attribution and without charge
• Print or save pages for your own reference

4. What you may not do

• Republish substantial parts of the guides as your own work, with or without modification
• Present this site, or content taken from it, as belonging to someone else
• Use automated means to place unreasonable load on the site, or to attempt to disrupt it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or any connected system
• Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Scrape the site for the purpose of building a directory that misrepresents my services or prices

5. AI and machine access — explicitly permitted

Automated retrieval by search engines and AI systems is welcome. This site allows every major crawler in robots.txt, including GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Applebot, Google-Extended and CCBot, and publishes an llms.txt summary specifically to make machine reading easier.

You may quote from these pages in an AI-generated answer. Attribution and a link are appreciated and not required. This is a deliberate commercial decision rather than an oversight: a buyer asking an assistant who to hire is a buyer with intent, and being absent from that answer would help nobody.

6. Intellectual property in the site

The written content, design and code of this site are mine unless stated otherwise. Client project names and domains referenced in case studies belong to those clients and are used to describe work performed.

The code examples published in the guides are offered freely for use in your own work. They are examples rather than production libraries and carry no warranty — see the disclaimer.

7. Accuracy of what is published here

Everything here is written in good faith and checked when written. Technical guidance ages: search engine behaviour changes, standards are revised, and a statement that was accurate in 2026 may not be in 2028. Each guide carries a visible last-updated date so you can judge for yourself.

Prices shown are starting prices and are not offers capable of acceptance. A binding quote is issued in writing for a specific scope.

8. Links to other websites

This site links to client websites, external documentation and third-party tools. Those sites are outside my control. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site, and I am not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

Client sites listed as live are checked automatically on every build of this site, and any that stop responding are marked archived rather than left as a broken claim.

9. Availability of the site

The site is static and hosted on ordinary commercial hosting. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance, host issues or reasons outside anyone’s control. No uptime is promised for this website, and nothing here should be read as a service level for it. Service levels for paid work are a separate matter and are set out in the service level statement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. This is the conventional clause and it means what it says: the guides are published to be useful, not as professional advice for your specific situation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Your privacy

This site sets no cookies and makes no third-party requests. It does not track you across sites, and there is no advertising network involved in serving it.

The only personal data collected is what you type into an enquiry form. What happens to it is described in the privacy policy, and it is used to reply to you and for nothing else.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here, with the last-updated date at the top of the page. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list at all.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the law of your own country. That carve-out is stated because it is true, not because it is generous.
