Anti-spam policy
There is no mailing list. Your email address is used to reply to you about your enquiry and for nothing else — no newsletter, no follow-up sequence, no sharing, no selling. I also do not send cold outreach, which is unusual enough in this industry to be worth stating.

An anti-spam policy on a marketing site usually describes how the marketing works. This one describes an absence, which takes less space.
1. There is no mailing list
No newsletter, no subscribe box, no "join 5,000 developers" prompt anywhere on this site. The guides are ungated for the same reason: an email address collected in exchange for a PDF is a contact record, not a customer.
2. What happens to your email address
- Used for
- Replying to your enquiry, and continuing that conversation.
- Not used for
- Newsletters, automated sequences, remarketing audiences, or anything you did not ask for.
- Shared with
- Nobody. Not sold, not rented, not passed to a partner, because there are no partners.
- Retention
- Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is commercially relevant, then deleted. The data retention schedule sets out the periods.
3. No follow-up sequences
If you enquire and then go quiet, that is your answer and I respect it. There is no drip campaign, no "just circling back", and no four-email cadence.
One reply, and if you want to continue you will. That is the entire process.
4. No cold outreach
I do not send unsolicited emails to businesses offering SEO audits or web design. If you have received one claiming to be from me, it is not from me.
This is worth stating plainly because the SEO industry has made that kind of message one of the most common forms of spam a small business receives, and I would rather be measured against the opposite standard.
5. If you receive spam appearing to be from me
Email spoofing is common and it does not require access to my systems. The domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records specifically so receiving servers can detect forgeries.
- Forward the message with full headers to anasrajpoot766@gmail.com.
- Do not click anything in it, and do not reply to it.
- I will confirm whether it originated from my domain and act accordingly.
- If a system of mine is implicated, you will be told rather than reassured.
6. Client email systems I build
Transactional email built into client projects — order confirmations, enquiry alerts, booking notifications — is configured for deliverability with SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned to the client’s own domain.
That work is about reaching inboxes, not about volume. Bulk marketing systems are not something I build.
7. Legal position
Where marketing email is sent at all, the applicable rules include the UK PECR, the EU ePrivacy Directive and CAN-SPAM in the United States.
Compliance here is straightforward because none of it is engaged: no marketing email is sent from this business.
8. Comment and form spam
The enquiry forms use a honeypot field and a submission-timing check rather than a CAPTCHA. That decision is deliberate: a CAPTCHA adds friction for every genuine enquiry, is an accessibility barrier, and would load third-party scripts — costing the zero-cookie, zero-third-party-request property the whole site is built around.

If your procurement process needs a clause added, an NDA signed, or a term adjusted, say so with the brief. It is a conversation rather than a refusal.
