- Why do you publish prices when most agencies hide them?
- Because hiding the price wastes both our time. If my floor is above your budget you find that out in ten seconds instead of after two calls and a proposal. And if it is within budget, you already trust me more than the agency that would not tell you.
- Is the starting price what I will actually pay?
- It is the floor, not the average. The final number depends on page count, integrations, and how much content needs producing. You get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts, and it does not move unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope.
- Why fixed-scope rather than hourly?
- An hourly rate transfers all the estimation risk to you, and it rewards me for working slowly. A fixed price means I carry the risk of my own estimate, which is the correct way round.
- What are the payment terms?
- 40% to start and 60% on completion before handover, against a numbered invoice. Bank transfer or Wise. Nothing is due until we have agreed the scope in writing.
- Do you charge for the initial conversation?
- No. The first reply, the scoping conversation and the written quote are all free. You only pay once you have decided to go ahead.
