Several jurisdictions require a website operated for commercial purposes to identify who is behind it and how to reach them — the EU e-commerce information requirements and the German-style Impressum are the best-known examples.

It is also one of the trust signals a search quality evaluation looks for. Both reasons point the same way, so the information is published in one place rather than scattered.

Identity details are listed in the table on this page. They are generated from a single configuration value in the codebase, so they cannot drift out of step with the rest of the site.

Web development, e-commerce development, custom application development and technical SEO services, supplied to businesses. Clients are currently in the United Kingdom, Canada and Pakistan.

This website sells nothing directly. It publishes information, free guides and a route to make an enquiry.

The European Commission previously operated an online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes; it has since been discontinued. Consumers should use the complaints process on this site, and any statutory route available under their own national law.
