14 cities · 1 region
Web developer for France businesses
Websites, online stores and technical SEO across France — quoted in EUR, scoped in writing, built remotely from Islamabad. Every city with a page is listed below.
The terms for a French client
These are set at country level and apply to every city on this page.
| Currency | EUR (€) |
|---|---|
| Tax | VAT at 20%, reverse-charged |
| Data protection | the EU GDPR, enforced by the CNIL |
| Transfer mechanism | a DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses |
| Payment rails | Cartes Bancaires, Stripe, Lydia, and PayPal |
| My working day, local time | 06:00–15:00 — about 6 hours of overlap |
What is different about building for France
The CNIL enforces cookie rules more aggressively than most EU regulators, and "refuse all" must be as easy as "accept all". A French site running a standard one-button banner is carrying a known, fineable defect.
All cities and towns by region
14 places across France. Each page carries the same EUR pricing and the same terms as above — tap any town for its own page. Coverage is remote, so a town missing from this list is still a town I can work with.

What I build for French businesses
France coverage — common questions
- Which France cities do you cover?
- All 14 listed on this page, across 1 region. Coverage is remote rather than territorial — there is no travel radius, because there is no travel. If your town is not listed the answer is still yes; the list is for navigation, not a limit.
- What currency will a French client be invoiced in?
- EUR. Quotes, milestones and final invoices are all written in EUR so you are never comparing a converted number against a local supplier's quote. On tax: VAT at 20%, reverse-charged.
- How do you handle French customer data?
- Your customers' data sits under the EU GDPR, enforced by the CNIL. Sending it to a developer in Pakistan is a restricted transfer, and it is resolved by a DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses — published and pre-signed on this site before you enquire.
- What payment methods can a France checkout accept?
- Cartes Bancaires, Stripe, Lydia, and PayPal. Which combination is right depends on your basket size and your customers, and it is decided during scoping rather than defaulted to whatever the platform ships with.
- What are your working hours from France?
- My day lands at 06:00–15:00 in your time, which is roughly 6 hours inside a normal working day. Enough for a reliable daily window rather than an overnight round trip on every question.
Where this page sits
Every country covered is listed at all locations. Pricing is published, the work page lists live client sites you can open, and how I work covers the process end to end.
