Why unlimited revisions is a warning sign

It usually means the price already includes the expected overrun, or that the project has no defined end. Neither serves you. A defined allowance with a stated rate beyond it is more honest and generally cheaper.

How to use your rounds well

Collect all feedback into one document per round, from everyone who has an opinion, before sending any of it. Feedback arriving in six separate messages consumes an entire round on the first two points.
