Web developer in Mansehra
Websites, online stores and technical SEO for Mansehra businesses — built remotely from Islamabad, quoted in PKR, scoped in writing before anything starts.
A working site for a Mansehra business is a smaller and more boring thing than most agencies will sell you. Fast pages, honest copy, a form that works on a phone, and structured data so search engines can read what you do. There is no fifth thing. The budget saved by not buying the fifth thing is better spent on photography.
What working with a Pakistani client actually changes
These are the terms that differ by country rather than by town. They apply to every business in Pakistan, Mansehra included, and they are the substance of what this page is claiming.
| Quoted and invoiced in | PKR — never a converted figure presented at the end |
|---|---|
| Tax position | sales tax on services at the provincial rate; invoices issued in PKR |
| Your customers' data sits under | the draft Personal Data Protection Bill, with sectoral SBP rules already binding on fintech |
| Lawful transfer mechanism | not applicable — the data never leaves the country |
| Checkout can realistically use | Stripe is not available domestically, so builds use JazzCash, Easypaisa, Safepay or a direct bank integration |
| My day, in Mansehra time | 09:00–18:00 — the same hours you keep |
One thing worth knowing about building for Pakistan
This is the one country where I can meet you in person, invoice in rupees, take payment by local bank transfer and run milestone meetings face to face. Every other page in this section says the opposite, because it is true everywhere else.
How a Mansehra build is scoped before anything is written
Scope is fixed in writing before development starts, and the number in that document is the number on the invoice. For Mansehra projects that document lists every page, every form, every integration and every third-party account the site will touch — priced in PKR, not converted at the end from something else.
The reason this matters more than it sounds: almost every dispute in web development is a scope dispute wearing a different hat. "Can you just add" is how a three-day build becomes a three-week one. Fixing scope up front does not stop you changing your mind; it makes the cost of changing your mind visible before you commit to it, which is the only honest way to run a fixed price.
Professional services in Mansehra
Accountants, solicitors, consultants and agencies sell judgement, which cannot be photographed. What converts instead is specificity: the sectors you actually work in, the size of client you actually serve, and named people with real biographies. A professional services site full of stock imagery and the word "bespoke" is indistinguishable from every competitor in Mansehra.
Practically, the site's job is qualification rather than lead volume. Publishing your minimum engagement size loses you enquiries and saves you hours, and almost every practice I have built for concluded afterwards that it should have done it sooner.
Images shipped at ten times the size they display
A hero photograph exported at 4000 pixels wide and displayed at 400 is the most common single cause of a slow page. The browser downloads all of it and then discards most of it. On a phone over mobile data that is several seconds spent waiting for pixels nobody will ever see.
The fix is generating each image at the sizes actually used, serving AVIF or WebP with a fallback, and setting explicit width and height so the layout does not jump while they load. It is mechanical work with a directly measurable result, which makes it the first thing worth doing on almost any Mansehra site.
Hiring a developer who is not in Mansehra
Working across a border adds one genuine obligation most suppliers skip: your customers' personal data ends up being processed in a country their privacy notice probably does not mention. Under draft Personal Data Protection Bill that is your liability, not mine. It is handled here before you ask — the mechanism is published, pre-signed and linked from every page on this site.
What I build for Mansehra businesses
Fixed-scope, fixed-price, quoted in PKR. The full list is on the services page.
Priced for Mansehra specifically
What I am not claiming about Mansehra
A location page is the easiest place on a website to imply something untrue, so here is the other side of it plainly:
- I have no office, postal address or phone number in Mansehra
- I cannot meet you in person outside Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and if that is a requirement you should hire locally
- I am not claiming existing clients in Mansehra specifically — my live work is listed on the work page and you can check it
- Nothing on this page is a guarantee of search rankings, which no developer can honestly offer
Mansehra web development — common questions
- How much does a website cost in Mansehra?
- A business website starts from Rs22,000 and goes live in about three days. An e-commerce build starts from Rs42,000 in around seven days, and a custom application from Rs56,000 in ten. Those are starting figures — the exact number is fixed in writing once scope is agreed, and it does not move after that.
- What currency will I be invoiced in?
- PKR. Quotes, milestones and the final invoice are all written in PKR so you are never comparing a converted figure against a local supplier's. Regarding tax: sales tax on services at the provincial rate; invoices issued in PKR.
- Who owns the website when it is finished?
- You do, completely. The domain is registered in your name, hosting sits in your account, the code lives in a repository you control, and any payment provider account is opened in your business name. Credentials are handed to you as they are created rather than at the end, so you are never locked out of your own site.
- How do you handle our customers' data under draft Personal Data Protection Bill?
- Your customer data is governed by the draft Personal Data Protection Bill, with sectoral SBP rules already binding on fintech, and sending it to a developer in Pakistan is a restricted transfer. That is resolved by not applicable — the data never leaves the country, published on this site and pre-signed before you send an enquiry — not drafted after you ask about it.
- Do you build on WordPress or something custom?
- Whichever the project justifies. WordPress when you need to edit content constantly and want a familiar admin. A static build when speed and security matter more than a plugin ecosystem. Custom PHP and MySQL when the logic is genuinely yours. The choice is explained in the quote with its trade-offs, not presented as a foregone conclusion.
- Can you migrate my Mansehra site without losing rankings?
- Yes, and the redirect map is the whole job. Every existing URL is mapped to its new equivalent with a 301 before launch, and anything with no equivalent goes to the closest relevant page rather than the homepage. Sites lose rankings in migration because that mapping was skipped, not because migration is inherently risky.
- Do I need to provide the content and images?
- Content, yes — you know your business and I do not. I will restructure and edit what you send so it reads for the web, and I will tell you where a section is missing. Photography is worth paying a local photographer for; stock images of people in offices are recognisable as stock and quietly cost you credibility.
